Chocolate Melting Moments
How to make chocolate melting moments:
Quantity
Ingredients
125g (4.5oz) Butter
50g (1.75oz) Icing Sugar
50g (1.75oz) Corn Flour
25g (1oz) Coco Powder
100g (3.5oz) Plain Flour
- Chocolate Spread
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 127oC
2. Line a baking tray with greese proof
3. Beat the Butter untill soft then add with the other ingrediants. You should have a dough by now if not add a bit more icing sugar this will help with the ';melt in your mouth';
4. Roll the dough into small balls %26amp; place them on the baking tray about 2 cm apart they won't spread much but make sure you have an even amount as you are going to sandwiche them together
5. Using a wet fork flatten the balls into cookie shapes then put them in the oven for 10-12 mins
6. When they are cooked take them out %26amp; leave them to cool
7. Sandwiche the biscuits together with chocolate spread.
For an optional treat drizzle icing into the grooves the fork made.
2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup milk. Stir. Drop onto cookie sheet by spoonfuls or roll out %26amp; cut into circular disks.
Chocolate biscuits? Do you mean cookies?
100g (4oz) flour
100g (4oz) butter
50g (2oz) caster sugar
pinch of salt
Beat the sugar and butter together untill light and fluffy and add cocoa powder if you are wanting chocolate. Stir in the flour untill it forms a ball (not sticky though)
Roll it out to about 1cm thick and cut out the shapes you want
Place on baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven for around 20-30mins
Cook untill golden brown or firm.
Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients
50g / 2oz Margarine
50g / 2oz Caster Sugar
100g / 4oz Crushed Tea Biscuits
1 x 15ml Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
2 x 10ml Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
Method
(1) Place all ingredients in a pan (except biscuit crumbs).
(2) Heat gently until margarine melts and sugar dissolves.
(3) Stir in the biscuit crumbs and mix well.
(4) Press mixture into a square 15cm tin and allow to set.
(5) Cut into fingers or any shape you want.
Hedgehog Slice
Though I guess not actually a biscuit at all, this slice is made from biscuits and required (my favourite part) no cooking whatsoever... unless you consider the melting of margarine or butter as cooking. Great for kids, this recipe only requires minimum cooking experience and shelf space in the fridge
Biscuit Ingredients
250g Plain biscuits (coffee biscuits, cheap shortbread, etc)
1 cup Desiccated coconut
1/2 cup Cocoa
250g Cooking butter or margarine
1 tin Sweetened condensed milk
Icing Ingredients
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1 tablet Chocolate
Crushed nuts to decorate
Method
Crush the biscuits into they are only crumbs. Don't worry about large pieces left over, they add texture to the final product, but do try to make sure that most of the biscuit is crushed down to crumbs. Best method for crushing is putting a few biscuits in a plastic bag and either rolling over them with a rolling pin or crushing them with the back of a spoon. Using you hands leads to more mess, inconsistent crumbs and is just plain disgusting
Throw all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Melt the butter/margarine (easiest in the microwave) and cut into smaller pieces so that it melts quicker. Note: if melted in the microwave to remember to place a paper towel over the container... fatty things tend to spit in the microwave.
Pour melted butter into a well (a hole made in the dry ingredients) and mix thoroughly. You should get dry clumps of a bread crumb consistency.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix in. Now the mixture will stick together. Time for the fridge.
Spread ingredients out in a slice tray (long shallow tray). Level out and pat down the ingredients with the back f your spoon as much as possible and put in the fridge for an hour or two. It will be ready to slice when it's rock hard and you can't make a dent with your finger.
For the icing, mix dry ingredients with a little water until you have a thick paste. Spread this over the top of your slice and then cut into squares for storage or eating.
Always store in the fridge... unless you decide it's better stored in your stomach of course

Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a favorite cookie recipe of mine. With that in mind, I made the cookies as an entry in the culinary competition at the Western Montana Fair in August of 2001. They won Honorable Mention - not good enough to win first class. The strange thing, though, is that my entries were entirely eaten; the first, second, and third class entries were still intact on their presentation trays. Go figure.
Ingredients
2.25 cups Flour
1tsp Baking soda
1/2tsp Salt
3/4 cup Vegetable shortening or butter
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla
2 cups Chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 375掳 Fahrenheit.
Stir together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt).
In a separate bowl add cream shortening, sugar, and brown sugar.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla and beat well. Then add the flour mixture in thirds and thoroughly incorporate.
It should be a really sticky, thick dough. Add the chips last.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about two to three dozen cookies, depending on how much of the dough you eat!
Hope one of these will be of use.

Italian egg biscuit recipe?
I am looking for a ';moist'; egg biscuit recipe.Italian egg biscuit recipe?
Egg white is a ';drying'; component in baking. So, instead of 3 whole eggs, use 5 or 6 yoke.
Italian Egg Biscuits
3 eggs
戮 cup salad oil
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
录 teaspoon baking soda
陆 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon extract
For the icing:
Confectioners' sugar
Milk
A few drops of vanilla extract
Colored sprinkles
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and extract with beater. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with milk. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. Roll on a floured board, shape into balls, or roll into 6 or 7 inch ropes and twist into ball-shaped knots. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until light brown on the bottom (approximately 12 to 15 minutes).
Frost with confectioners' sugar icing, made by adding milk to confectioners' sugar until it reaches the proper consistency, and adding a few drops of vanilla extract for flavor. Sprinkle top of cookies with colored sprinkles while the icing is wet, if desired.Italian egg biscuit recipe?
Biscuits Recipe
In North America ';biscuit'; means a small quick bread that is made with flour, butter (or shortening), baking powder (soda), milk (buttermilk), eggs, and sometimes a small amount of granulated white sugar. The perfect biscuit is light and flaky with a golden crust. In fact, they are very similar to the British 'scone' although typically less sweet. And whereas scones are served more as a sweet, split in half and filled with jam and cream, biscuits are oftentimes served alongside a meal. They are best served warm from the oven with butter. These are excellent for making Strawberry Shortcake.
The correct mixing of the ingredients is crucial in producing an excellent biscuit. Although you can use an electric mixer I prefer to mix the dough by hand using either a pastry blender, two knives or just your fingertips. Mixing by hand helps to prevent over mixing of the dough. To begin, the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder/baking soda, and salt) are whisked together in a large bowl. Next the butter is cut into the flour until it looks like coarse crumbs. It is important that the butter be cold so when it is worked into the flour mixture it becomes small, flour- coated crumbs, not a smooth dough. This method is similar to how a pie dough is made and gives the biscuit a wonderful delicate and flaky texture. The wet ingredients are then added to the flour mixture. Only mix the dough until it comes together. I cannot stress enough that this dough should not be overworked and that a light hand is needed. The test will be in the results. If you end up with a hard and doughy biscuit, you will know to mix the dough less the next time. When the dough is mixed, gather it up in your hands and place on a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough a few times to make it a cohesive mass and then roll to 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thickness. Use a lightly floured cookie cutter and cut into rounds. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush with the egg wash. Using an egg wash gives the biscuits a nice appearance and helps with browning. Biscuits need to be baked in a hot oven so the dough sets quickly thereby producing a light biscuit with a golden brown top and bottom with white sides. They are done when they are nicely browned and a toothpick inserted in the center of the scone comes out clean. The texture of the interior should be light and soft, and white in color. Cool on a wire rack. If you want crusty biscuits, cool them uncovered. If a softer crust is desired, then wrap the hot biscuits in a clean dish towel.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, sift or whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs (use pastry blender, two knives, or fingertips). Add the milk and slightly beaten egg and stir until just combined. (The texture should be sticky, moist and lumpy.)
Place mixture on a lightly floured surface and knead the dough gently until it comes together and is a smooth dough.
Roll out dough to 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thickness. Cut out biscuits with a lightly floured round cookie cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg and milk mixture and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the biscuit comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack. Serve warm with butter.
Makes about 12 3-inch (7.5 cm) biscuits.
Biscuit Tortoni
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. coffee powder, instant
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1/2 cup macaroon crumbs
strawberry jam
Soften gelatin in cold water, heat corn syrup and sugar to a boiling. Stir until sugar is dissolved and stir into gelatin.
Beat egg yolks until very light and add syrup mixture gradually. Beat constantly. Cool thoroughly.
Add salt and all extracts and coffee powder. Fold in whipped cream. Add nuts and pour into small paper cups or cup cake cups. Dust top thickly with crumbs.
Freeze without stirring until firm. Dot each serving with strawberry jam.

Looking for a dog biscuit recipe that doesn't get to hard?
Have doggy biscuit recipes, but they kind of get hard really quickly. Would like something that is healthy but doesn't get so hard so quickly that my very small dog can't chew them. He's smaller than most kittens and has a teeny tiny mouth. Any ideas?Looking for a dog biscuit recipe that doesn't get to hard?

hi,
Cooking for your dogs is making a comeback. Some owners, scared by the 2007 pet food contamination scandal, trust what they make themselves more than what they find on shelves. Others just like to treat their best furry friend to a homemade goody every now and then.
