I am loking for a quick and simple recipe for either cookies or biscuits. Don't really mind which. Does anybody have a recipe idea i could use.

To make it you will need:
100g margarine
6 tbsps syrup
250g cooking chocolate
200g crushed digestive biscuits
200g crushed malteasers
Melt margarine and syrup and chocolate over heat. When it's all melted, take off the heat and add crushed biscuits and ';Malteasers';, mix really well. Spread into a lined greased swiss roll tin. Chill in the fridge then cut up into small squares. Keep refridgerated.
This can also be frozen.
I do not lie this is the tastiest thing I have had for a long time!!

Double chocolate chip cookies
You can add macadamia nuts or any other nuts for that matter. Delicious!!
INGREDIENTS
250 g all-purpose flour
150 g white sugar
165 g packed brown sugar
45 g cocoa powder
5 ml vanilla extract
5 g baking soda
335 g semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
225 g butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream sugars, eggs and butter. Sift dry ingredients into butter.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-12 min

chocolate marbled meringues
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 large egg whites- at room temp.
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
陆 cup superfine sugar
陆 tsp. vanilla extract
1 陆 tsp. cornstarch
1 bag mint chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 200掳. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 25 seconds; stir, and then microwave for another 20 seconds.
2. In a glass bowl beat the egg whites on medium speed until frothy. Add the cream of tartar, Continue to beat on medium high speed until the mixture forms peaks. Slowly add the sugar, about a tablespoon at a time, waiting at least 10 seconds between additions, gradually increasing the speed to high. Add the vanilla and beat for another 3 minutes, or until stiff. Sift the cornstarch over the mixture, and gently fold in using a spatula.
3. Transfer the meringue to a bowl. Using a spatula, heavily drizzle parallel lines of the melted chocolate over the surface of the meringue. Using a 1 inch ice cream scoop scrape across the surface of the mixture, crosswise to the drizzled lines, to get a rounded mound of striped meringue.
4. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave them in until the oven is completely cooled.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the eggs, vanilla and honey. Sift together the flour, baking soda and cinnamon, gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the rolled oats and raisins.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto unprepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies start to brown. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

Chive Cheese biscuits
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup fresh, cut chives
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt. Cut in cheese and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and chives until moistened.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gently knead 8-10 times. Roll to 3/4-in. thickness; cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
