How about raisins and then put a light frosting on it. Cheese works well also.
Hi,
This is a really easy reciepe and great for kids to do with you. You need,
8oz of biscuits, marie biscuits or something similar
4oz of butter
4oz of sugar
1oz of cocoa powder (not drinking chocolate)
1 egg
2 bars of your favourite chocolate ( we use cadburys dairy milk)
A greased small pan to put in the fridge.
Put the biscuits in a bag and crush the biscuits but don't make them all crumbs leave them different sizes.
In a saucepan melt the butter and the sugar (but do not burn)
Add the sifted cocoa powder stiring continually
Take the mixture off the heat and add the egg also stirring continually.
When all combined add the biscuits, you will think that you have to may biscuits for the mixture but make sure that you have the mixture over all the biscuits. Then put the mixture in the greased pan. However thick you want it. Then put in the fridge. Once the mixture has set. You can melt the chocolate bars and put on the top. Then back into the fridge so the chocolate sets.
I will assure you that these will not last long!!! Hope you enjoy!
Sorry If you're looking for something healthy because this isn't but they are (in my opinion) the best cookies ever....

Add herbs like rosemary to the recipe...it makes them smell and taste great, even for kids.
You could also add cinnamon and sugar to the center of each biscuit and when they are warm and you open them the will be yummy gooey.
I just made Art Smith's biscuits. He was Oprah's chef for 10 years and his biscuits are wonderful. Go to Oprah .com for the recipe.
Try using canned biscuits, cutting into 4 pieces, dipping in butter and then sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon before baking. They are super!
