I am looking for a sugar free chocolate cake and chocolate biscuit recipe?

My little boy suffers from eczema and sugar sensitivity but loves his chocolate.

I don't want to use artificial sweeteners as they are a problem too - fruit juice concentrate is perfect.

Any recipes would be greatly appreciated so he can enjoy his favourite foods again and have treats like the other kids.I am looking for a sugar free chocolate cake and chocolate biscuit recipe?

Use fructose in place of sucrose (table sugar). Fructose is fruit sugar. You can find it in most supermarkets.
